For many years cleaning and disinfection has relied on old technologies that have failed to evolve and keep pace with difficult microorganisms to treat. The need for new safe, sustainable, and environmentally friendly products has never been greater and we have delivered.
Our products help reduce the risk of cross-infection by providing a long-lasting disinfection property, and provide a more effective solution that can be easily implemented in a 2-step disinfecting process. They differ from other products in that they kill microorganisms, and they also leave a residual layer on any surface once dry - even if subsequently cleaned multiple times.
How does it work?
Goldshield’s technology forms a covalent bond that allows it to remain affixed to any hard or soft surface. The surface is then positively charged generated by a nitrogen molecule, which pulls in negatively charged microbes. Through a long chain carbon, this unique assembly penetrates the cytoplasmic membrane, physically stabbing the cell releasing ions, denaturing proteins and causing cytoplasm to leak so the cell is destroyed. This renders the microbe dead and incapable of any adaption.

The microbe is then pierced and killed, like “a bed of molecular nails”
This technology not only cleans and disinfects any surface, but also protects it from microbes that land on the treated surface once dry.
Recommended Disinfection Process
An important part of staying safe during the coronavirus pandemic and flu season is reducing the risk of exposure to disease. The CDC recommends cleaning surfaces before disinfection for maximum remediation of harmful germs, bacteria, viruses, and influenzas like COVID-19.
The 2-Step Disinfecting Process:
Step 1: Spray All-Purpose Green Cleaner to highly trafficked areas and surfaces and wipe down after 3 minutes.
Step 2: Apply Antimicrobial Disinfection Protectant to cleaned areas and allow to dry for 3 minutes. Wipe down with clean cloth to deliver lasting barrier protection for up to 90 Days.
