David Lewgood, PRESIDENT
David is a Gulf War Veteran who served honorably as an Intelligence Specialist, and was awarded for service above and beyond the call of duty. After the Navy, he was hired as a sales person for MCI Communications and went from the #1 Salesperson to the #1 Area Vice President in under 10 yrs. Following the telecommunications industry crash, David opted to learn a new trade in the construction field. He quickly rose to the #1 sales person and now runs his own successful multi-million dollar company. In an interview with a Fortune 40 Company, David was quoted: “I come from very humble beginnings, being raised by a single mom and beginning work at the age of 12. As a veteran, I learned how to be tough, how to succeed, and served my country proudly. Now I serve our community proudly and am guided by (3) simple steps to success: Always work harder than your competition, know your customer as if they were your family and deliver like no one else has ever delivered.”
Lydia Whitner, VICE PRESIDENT
Lydia has over 17 years experience in the real estate development and property management fields. She is a decisive leader with superior organizational, relationship building and communication skills. She possesses an outstanding ability to remain focused on goals while reacting quickly to changes in market conditions. Lydia’s former position as Vice President in Property Management allows her to personalize her interactions with BlueKey clients and recognize a property manager’s needs first hand. In her spare time, you can find Lydia either running on a treadmill or neighborhood sidewalks or on the baseball fields with her family.
Christie Patton, MARKETING DIRECTOR
Christie is a jack-of-all trades marketing creative with over 20 years of experience using traditional, digital, and online social media tools to build brands and grow small businesses. She earned a Bachelors Degree from the University of Georgia studying Sociology and Computer Science, and strives to stay current in the latest marketing trends and technology. When not working at BlueKey, Christie donates her expertise to pro bono passion and people projects that will make a positive impact on the community. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and doing almost anything physically active outdoors.
Eric Goldberg, SENIOR CLAIM CONSULTANT
Eric has been in the construction industry for over ten years, with sales and project management experience spanning across numerous markets on the West Coast, Southern States, and Central Texas. He has been a HAAG Certified Inspector for the last seven years and has proven his ability to assess damages with confidence. Prior to transitioning to the construction industry, Eric was Regional Sales Manager for one of the largest Lawn & Garden mulch producers in the world, working with national retailers such as Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Ace Hardware and Lowe’s. Eric enjoys helping clients navigate through the complex insurance claims process and fixing broken insurance claims. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his daughter, hiking, fishing, golfing and camping.
Candace Goldberg, SALES CONSULTANT
Candace, a graduate of Boston University, began her career in the executive management program for Interstate Hotel Corporation. She went on to manage award-winning restaurants and for the past fifteen years focused her sales and operations career on safety and sanitation in the workplace, with a primary focus on safety utilizing the 6s (5S + safety) methodology. Most recently she was a regional sales manager for an award winning antimicrobial paint and primer corporation. Her attention to detail, and broad base of safety and sanitation knowledge has led to excellent customer service and a track record of success in the industry. In her spare time, Candace enjoys spending time outdoors. She loves being on the water, working out, playing tennis and spending time with her Miniature Australian Shepherd, Skye.
Tom Scirotto, SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER
Tom has over 15 years of senior level project management experience. He has vast experience working with multi-million dollar projects and on some of the largest renovation contracts in the city. He is responsible for overseeing of all BlueKey's San Antonio, Texas projects.
Landon Cullen, PROJECT MANAGER
Landon is BlueKey's newest Project Manager and is currently assisting in our Albany, Georgia location with Hurricane Michael victims. His duties include account coordination between sales, accounting, construction and directly with our clients. Landon is also responsible for managing construction schedules and ensuring projects are within budget. When not working, He enjoys many hobbies such as auto mechanics, hiking, camping, meteorology, and studying.
Sharon Lewgood, EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Sharon attended Allegheny Community College and Duquesne University. She worked for multiple telecommunications companies as a Director of Customer Care and Process Management, and completed her 37 year career by working as the Corporate Director of Call Center Operations at Charter Communications for both US centers and off-shore centers.
